On 6th September 2000 of Whitefield Ada Jane Walker aged 86 years, was taken off this earth plain
and taken to be an angel up in heaven. Much loved mother of the late Sheila and Raymond, and devoted
grandmother of Vikki and Paul. A neighbour friend mother grandmother auntie and recent of all, angel
of God. RIP Ada. xxx

I was a little baby when you were here,
Can't believe it has been so many years,
It only feels like yesterday,
How much you're missed words cant say.
You were a neighbour of my nan,
But you seemed like my 2nd gran,
You made me laugh and you made me smile,
Even though I only knew you a short while.
Now my nana has left me,
And has took her place alongside you,
In my heart for always,
And I know the same apllies to you xx

You became my neighbour many years ago you live opposite us with your daughter Sheila and her son Paul only to lose Shelia to cancer leaving you to bring up your grandson alone.
You dedicated you live to raising money for cancer resurch, holding garden parties to selling greeting cards.
As time went on and us kid grew we too began to save our 1/2 pennies and donate them to you.
As we had our children you knitted for them all with the kindness you shared to one and all.
Your son Raymond move across the road from you and in time his youngest grandaughter Vikki was born you were elated.
A mere ten years or so later you lost your son too leaving a void in your heart nobody could heal you no longer yearned to be with your Shelia alone but reymond aswell.
I know you spoke to shelia every single day then raymond too.
It was in September 2000 that your wish came true for you joined your darling children.
With your work on this earth plane finally finished a trooper till the end, please keep up your good work in heaven, a legend, my friend.
